WALK & TALK CONSULTATIONS
Choose from our two levels of service geared towards best meeting your needs.

LEVEL 1: A New Vision team member will provide an up to 1 Hour, in-home consultation where we walk room by room offering our professional opinions and best advice on everything from decluttering, to paint selection, to use of space. You take detailed notes and execute when you're ready.

LEVEL 2: Taking Level 1 one step further, we will organize and provide a detailed staging reports complete with the recommendations we suggested during our visit. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for delivery via email.

SMALL BUT MIGHTY
Our go-to solution for studio or 1 bedroom condos under 1,000 square feet, this power-packed staging will give you all of the essential pieces needed to present a stylish and inviting space for your buyer audience.

MODERN ESSENTIALS
The Modern Essentials staging is perfect for first impressions!
Starting with our personal in-home site visit, we consider the home's best features and not so great features to create a visually appealing image for your potential buyers. Our Modern Essentials staging includes furniture, art work and accessories for the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Powder Room, Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom. If you need more rooms staged or more of a platinum level staging, we are happy to talk to you about our Modern Essentials Plus opportunity.
Starting at $2,500 for 30 days. $3,250 for 60 days.
